Paula has 15 years experience across fintech, banking and economic policy. An economist by training, she spent several years working in UK social welfare and international economic policy and as an economist in banking specialised in country risk in advanced and emerging markets.

Most recently she built and scaled Implementation and Customer Success departments in Fintech start ups. At Oradian, she is responsible for Customer Success, leading the team  to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our solutions.

Onyeka is an IT expert and microfinance practitioner who brings over 10 years of experience working with microfinance institutions, microfinance banks and Saccos.

Before co-founding Oradian, Onyeka served as the Head of IT at one of the largest microfinance institutions in Africa.

Kristina is a manager with 20 years of experience in all areas of the telecommunication industry: finance, M&A, integration and transformation management. Kristina also has international experience working across six different companies, two of which she held CFO and Board member positions in.

At Oradian, Kristina manages financial, compliance and legal matters, including the responsibility of relations with Investors.

Julian is a fintech leader and financial inclusion expert with an impressive history of working side-by-side with financial institutions. Before co-founding Oradian, Julian worked in microfinance at Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and at a fintech provider.

As COO, Julian defines and oversees the Oradian commercial strategy, help navigate operational challenges, and leads our expert sales team.

Antonio is a fintech leader and cloud banking expert who has led implementations of banking systems across 15 countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

He co-founded Oradian in 2012 with a vision to create a community of visionary financial institutions that leverage the Oradian system to grow and deliver rapid and lasting change across their markets and communities.
