Head of Customer SuccessPaula has 15 years experience across fintech, banking and economic policy. An economist by training, she spent several years working in UK social welfare and international economic policy and as an economist in banking specialised in country risk in advanced and emerging markets.
Most recently she built and scaled Implementation and Customer Success departments in Fintech start ups. At Oradian, she is responsible for Customer Success, leading the team to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our solutions.
