Where AI pays first: AI in banking report 2027

Report

Get the results of our survey, conducted with leaders working with AI inside financial institutions in the Philippines and Indonesia, where they told us about how they’re taking AI from ambition to operational value. We asked where AI could create the most value next and the people we surveyed inside banks and lenders put process automation first in both markets. This paper follows that answer through three stages of adoption and ends with a benchmark you can use for your own institution.
