Antonio Separovic
Co-founder and CEO
Antonio is a financial inclusion and fintech professional with more than ten years of leadership experience. Antonio has led implementations of cloud banking systems across 15 countries in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Antonio’s vision is to create a community of visionary financial institutions that use Oradian’s platform to drive financial inclusion and provide access to financial services for 1.7 billion unbanked people.
Julian Oehrlein
Co-founder and Head of Sales and Marketing
Julian is a fintech leader and financial inclusion expert, with eight years of experience working side by side with financial institutions. Before co-founding Oradian, Julian worked in microfinance at Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and at a fintech provider.
Onyeka Adibeli
Co-founder and Head of Implementation
Onyeka brings 15 years of experience working with microfinance banks, cooperative societies and Saccos, including six years as Head of IT at one of the largest microfinance institutions in Africa.
Onyeka ensures proper adoption of Oradian’s platform and best practice while guiding customers to overcome technical and operational challenges.
Marko Elezovic
Head of Engineering
Marko has a background in software engineering and a decade of experience in the fintech industry. Before joining Oradian, Marko led development of fintech solutions that enabled banks to use paperless transactions and improve their ‘Know Your Customer’ initiatives.
As Head of Engineering, Marko guides Oradian’s QA, Infrastructure, Front End, Back End and R&D teams. Marko specialises in managing the complexity of Oradian’s platform while continually building functionality for our customers.
Kristina Kezele
Head of Finance
Kristina is a manager with 20 years of experience in all areas of the telecommunication industry: finance, M&A, integration and transformation management. Kristina also has international experience working across six different companies, two of which she held CFO and Board member positions in.
At Oradian, Kristina manages financial, compliance and legal matters, including the responsibility of relations with Investors.

Godwin Ehigiamusoe
Godwin is the founder and CEO of LAPO, the largest MFI in Nigeria. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with banks, NGOs, MFIs and development programmes.
Brigit Helms
Brigit is a financial inclusion expert with 25 years of experience including her role as a Senior Advisor of McKinsey and Co., the IFC and the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP). She is the author of “Access for All”.
Andrew Mainhart
Andrew is a co-founder at Oradian and brings 16 years of experience with financial inclusion technology. He was appointed CIO at one of Cambodia’s largest microfinance organisations and has authored industry standards for management information systems (MIS) in the microfinance industry.
Pardon Makumbe
Pardon is a co-founder of CRE Venture Capital where he directs global investment. He has eight years of experience in strategy consulting and investing in frontier markets.
Garth Wittles
Garth is the Chief Experience Officer at Mimecast, which has pioneered SaaS and cloud-based technology in South Africa. His broad knowledge of technology and experience with software companies have made him an industry expert in Africa.
Moaffak Ahmed
Moaffak is an serial entrepreneur, business development expert and hands-on angel investors. He co-founded Trema, which is the leading software provider for central banks and corporate treasuries including the European Central Bank, GE Capital and Unilever.
