Before co-founding Oradian, Onyeka spent eight impactful years at LAPO, Nigeria’s largest microfinance institution, where he led as Head of IT and championed transformative technology solutions. Today, Onyeka continues to serve as a trusted advisor to numerous financial institutions across Africa and remains closely engaged with Oradian in an advisory capacity, steering the future of inclusive financial technology.

Julian is a fintech leader and product expert with a deep commitment to empowering financial institutions through technology. His career includes impactful work with Grameen Bank in Bangladesh and a leading financial provider, where he developed a profound understanding of financial inclusion at scale. As Oradian’s Chief Operating Officer, Julian oversees operations and fosters the advancement of digital banks in emerging markets. His passion lies in enabling customers to accelerate their go-to-market strategies, extract critical intelligence from their operations, and respond with agility to evolving business needs.

Antonio is a fintech innovator and cloud banking expert, with the last 17 years dedicated to core banking across emerging markets. As a co-founder of Oradian in 2012, Antonio envisioned a community of pioneering financial institutions empowered by Oradian’s technology to drive transformative change.
